For this reason, Probus Maschinenbau GmbH provides a confidential whistleblowing system through which concerns can be reported confidentially and securely, if desired, anonymously. Every report is handled independently, carefully, and with full respect for confidentiality.

Whistleblowing System

Probus Maschinenbau GmbH has established a whistleblowing system through which violations of applicable law, internal policies, or our corporate principles can be reported confidentially.

Employees, customers, suppliers, and other business partners may submit information about potential violations either anonymously or by providing their contact details. Every report is carefully reviewed and handled in accordance with a defined procedure. All reports are treated as strictly confidential, and the identity of the reporting person is protected in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

A fair and transparent process is a matter of course for us. Reports are reviewed objectively and impartially. Until a violation has been established, all persons concerned are presumed innocent.

Reporting persons do not need to fear any disadvantage, provided that they submit their report in good faith and based on information they reasonably believe to be accurate. Probus Maschinenbau GmbH does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns about potential violations in good faith.

You may decide whether to submit your report anonymously or provide your contact details. If you provide a means of contact, we will acknowledge receipt of your report and, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, keep you informed about the progress of the review and, where legally permitted, any measures taken.
